Lightmatter is hiring Silicon Packaging engineers across all experience levels, including juniors, undergraduates, and PhD candidates, for internship and full-time new-graduate positions. The role combines electrical, mechanical, optical, and thermal engineering to develop co-packaged optics for AI infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning signal and power integrity, thermal engineering, mechanical and thermo-mechanical design, and packaging integration. Candidates should be pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree, have hands-on experience, and be familiar with at least one relevant engineering tool.
