Description
The Optical Test Engineering Manager leads a team of optical test engineers, hires and develops talent, establishes testing priorities, defines test standards across PIC product lines, maintains testing reports and data, and drives test automation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or physics field and at least 10 years of hands-on laboratory experience in photonics, semiconductor, or optoelectronic device testing, along with experience testing PICs, III-V devices, transceivers, or fiber-optics. The position is hybrid, may require occasional travel, and includes quality and environmental responsibilities.
