NVIDIA is hiring a Silicon Product Development Engineer to develop and implement ATE test content, improve GPU manufacturing yields, predict test durations, analyze characterization outcomes, maintain failure-analysis plans, and manage Foundry, Assembly, and Memory vendor relationships. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of direct PDE experience, and expertise in ASIC mixed-signal build, characterization, BIST, SCAN DFT, FinFET, chip-on-wafer-on-substrate assembly, silicon GPU product engineering, and HBM memory vendor management. The base salary is 136,000 USD to 212,750 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until August 21, 2026.
