Description
Normal Computing is hiring a Silicon Software Lead to build and lead the compiler, runtime, kernels, drivers, and hardware abstraction layer for its ASIC. The role owns software-stack architecture, hardware-software co-design, simulation-to-silicon continuity, roadmapping, hiring, and hands-on development in C++, Rust, or equivalent with Python. Candidates should have substantial accelerator or non-standard hardware software-stack experience, technical leadership experience, systems programming expertise, and experience with compiler frameworks or inference runtimes.
