Majestic Labs is hiring an experienced Silicon Technical Program Manager to manage vendor backend execution and New Product Introduction for data-center-grade AI chips. The role bridges hardware design, backend implementation, and post-silicon qualification, characterization, and validation, driving multi-chip execution schedules from RTL freeze through physical implementation, tapeout, post-silicon characterization, qualification, and high-volume production release. Candidates need a relevant BS or MS and 6–8+ years of silicon engineering or silicon program management experience, with backend, post-silicon, NPI, and data-center silicon expertise; AI silicon experience is preferred.
