Description
Apple is hiring a Silicon Validation Engineer to develop and integrate test software for functional subsystems and blocks in pre- and post-silicon environments. The role partners with designers, architects, and system engineers; pushes functional blocks to their limits; integrates test software across environments; and optimizes and deploys it. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, strong C/C++ and Python skills, embedded or bare-metal software experience, hardware/software interaction experience, and familiarity with computer, system, SoC, or cellular modem architecture. Silicon and RTL test and debug experience is preferred.
