Silicon Validation Manager at Synopsys

Synopsys is hiring a Silicon Validation Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team responsible for bringing up, debugging, and characterizing high-speed SerDes PHY silicon. The role oversees silicon validation in a test lab, approves test plans and reports, coordinates test boards and hardware, mentors engineers, aligns validation milestones with product schedules, and improves test automation and lab infrastructure. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of analog IC design, validation, or characterization experience, and at least 3 years of people management experience.
