LayerZero Power Systems Inc. is hiring an on-site Silver-Plating Operator for the first shift in Aurora, Ohio. The role prepares metal parts for silver plating, applies plating or touch-ups, inspects finished parts, operates and maintains plating equipment, removes contaminants, reads technical documents, documents work, troubleshoots, and maintains a clean work area. The position requires manufacturing experience, precision measuring and quality-control knowledge, assembly-drawing interpretation, hand dexterity, and a high school diploma or GED; technical or trade school is preferred.
