LayerZero Power Systems Inc. is hiring an on-site Silver-Plating Operator for its second shift in Aurora, Ohio. The role prepares metal parts for silver plating, applies plating or touch-ups, inspects finished parts, operates and maintains plating equipment, removes contaminants, reads technical documents, documents work, troubleshoots, and maintains a clean work area. Candidates need manufacturing experience, bead blasting knowledge, precision measuring and quality-control familiarity, assembly-drawing interpretation, intricate-parts handling, and 5S experience; a high school diploma or GED is required, with technical or trade school preferred.
