Description
Reliable Robotics is hiring a Simulation and Test Systems Manager to lead and grow the engineering team responsible for its end-to-end simulation framework and test automation infrastructure. The role owns the maturation of engineering processes, provides technical and architectural guidance on simulation performance, flight dynamics modeling, hardware emulation, and cloud-based parallel simulation systems, and collaborates with GNC, flight software, systems, avionics, and certification teams to develop scalable verification tools. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of experience in simulation, physics modeling, or HITL test development, at least three years of technical leadership or people management experience, and strong C++ and Python skills.
