DIS AG is seeking a Simulation & Waveforms Engineer to develop simulation and waveform platforms for complex communication systems in Ulm. The role involves creating models for signal processing, modems, protocols, and algorithms; developing and integrating software; supporting testing and commissioning; analyzing results; and documenting architecture, code, and interfaces. Candidates need a degree in communications engineering or a comparable field, experience with C/C++, Matlab, Simulink, and Python, knowledge of radio communications and related standards, familiarity with Embedded Linux and object-oriented development, and German and English language skills. The position offers permanent employment, €80,000 to €120,000 per year, flexible working models, mobile working, a company pension plan, health care, bicycle leasing, and parking spaces.
