Booz Allen is hiring a Simulation Center Engineering Lead in Fayetteville, North Carolina, to oversee the operations, sustainment, and modernization of a full-scale simulation center supporting special operations missions. The role leads a multidisciplinary engineering team across software development, systems engineering, network operations, information assurance, modeling and simulation, and enterprise IT; coordinates technical activities and workloads; develops engineering roadmaps; and maintains mission-critical systems. Required qualifications include enterprise-level IT program management, synthetic and simulation-based training experience, IT infrastructure or cloud/virtualization management, engineering leadership, and a TS/SCI clearance. The projected annualized compensation is $99,000 to $225,000 USD, with benefits available to eligible full-time and part-time employees.
