Advocate Health is hiring a master's-prepared Registered Nurse to support the simulation education program at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, Georgia. The role develops and evaluates simulation-based education programs, designs evidence-based learning interventions, assesses learner needs and learning styles, coaches educators and facilitators, measures educational effectiveness, manages resources and costs, and contributes to facility-wide simulation program development. The position requires a current Georgia RN license, a master's degree in nursing, nursing education, or healthcare administration, at least three years of clinical RN experience, and knowledge of adult learning, curriculum development, program evaluation, Microsoft Office, and audiovisual equipment.
