Description
Voltava is hiring a Simulation Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing and assembly systems using process simulation, plant layout, and data-driven analysis. The role supports new program launches, equipment installations, automation and robotics integration, capacity and OEE analysis, and production readiness while partnering with engineering, operations, quality, customers, and suppliers. Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing or assembly experience, two years of manufacturing simulation experience, a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related discipline, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
