Description
Magna is hiring a Simulation Engineer to develop and analyze static and dynamic production simulation models for automotive manufacturing plants. The role focuses on throughput improvement, bottleneck and buffer optimization, material-flow analysis, process design, KPI analysis, what-if scenarios, data collection, and data-driven recommendations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience, and strong proficiency with SIMIO, SIEMENS, statistical analysis, CAD, Excel, VBA/C#, MySQL, Python, DOE, and related manufacturing technologies. The position is regular and permanent, with global travel of up to 25% of work hours.
