Description
The role involves sizing and electromagnetically simulating electric machines, optimizing torque density, efficiency, cogging torque, and NVH behavior, creating performance maps, correlating simulations with test-bench measurements, and supporting electric-machine design decisions. The position requires a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or physics, experience with electromagnetic FEM simulation, knowledge of PMSM and BLDC motor topologies, and analytical working skills; Python or MATLAB scripting is a plus.
