Eaton Mission Systems Division is hiring a Performance Engineer for its Simulation, Modelling & Performance team in Wimborne, Dorset. The role supports the performance of Probe & Drogue air-to-air refuelling systems and weapons carriage and release systems, including product modelling, first-principles calculations, co-simulations, hardware- and software-in-the-loop modelling, integration with customer and supplier models, and analysis of large data sets. Candidates need a relevant engineering or physics degree and 0–5 years of related experience, along with knowledge of solid and fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, control theory, aerodynamics, and industry-standard modelling tools.
