Description

Moravian University is hiring an entry-level, part-time Simulation Operations Technician for its Interprofessional Simulation Center in the College of Health. The role provides technical and administrative support for clinical simulation operations, including preparing, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high- and low-fidelity patient manikins, audiovisual systems, software, supplies, and lab spaces. The technician also supervises students during open lab hours and tours, coordinates with faculty, staff, vendors, and Information Technology, maintains inventories and repair records, supports simulation schedules and INACSL best practices, and creates realistic patient-care environments. The position is a 12-month role that may include evening and weekend shifts and requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or higher degree and relevant clinical simulation or audiovisual experience are preferred.
