H2 Analytics is hiring a Simulation Support Specialist to build and run military simulation scenarios for its EASE platform. The role translates training objectives into simulation setups, configures entities, equipment, and behaviours, supports project teams and clients, and captures performance data to improve workflows. Candidates need relevant defence or military experience, knowledge of military equipment and doctrine, data-structure manipulation skills, project-team experience, and eligibility for a Government of Canada Level III security clearance. The position is full-time, hybrid, and offers a CAD 70,000–120,000 base salary, an annual bonus, and extended health insurance.
