Description
As a Simulation Systems Engineer at ASEC, Inc., you'll provide crucial technical support for a new U.S. Navy initiative aimed at improving naval aviation training. Your role involves optimizing distributed simulation environments, operating advanced training systems like the Next Generation Threat System (NGTS), diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the reliability and security of critical training systems during deployments aboard U.S. Navy vessels. This position requires an active Secret security clearance, a U.S. passport, and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance. Work will primarily take place in Lexington Park, MD, with extended periods on navy ships.
