Description
The Simulation Technician supports high-fidelity manikin-based and task-trainer simulation events at the Orange Park and Brandon campus hubs. Responsibilities include operating control rooms and simulation software, setting up and cleaning simulation rooms, applying moulage, provisioning medical supplies, performing preventative maintenance and basic hardware repairs, troubleshooting during active sessions, triggering SimCapture recordings, and maintaining compliance with programmatic case guidelines. The role requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience with healthcare technology, AV systems, or simulation software, and successful acquisition of the CHSOS or CHSE credential within two years of hire.
