Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Onsite Technical Lead to lead a large-scale Vertica to SingleStore migration. The role owns the migration strategy, data modeling, sharding and distribution design, SQL performance tuning, production stability, and serves as the primary onsite technical interface between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. The position is available in Austin, Texas or Sunnyvale, California, on a C2C/W2 full-time basis, and requires expertise in SingleStore, MPP database design, SQL performance tuning, data platform modernization, Spark, and complex enterprise data migrations.
