KMM Group is hiring an experienced Sinker EDM / RAM EDM Programmer and Operator to program, set up, burn, inspect, troubleshoot, and own high-precision components from blueprint to finished part. The role uses Makino CNC EDM machines, graphite and copper electrodes, and precision inspection tools, with work in medical device, aerospace, defense, space exploration, and advanced technology applications. Two schedule options are offered: a weekend schedule of three 12-hour shifts from Friday through Sunday, or four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday. The position requires U.S. citizenship or a valid Green Card, offers up to $2,500 in a hiring bonus, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
