Description
INFICON is hiring a SIOP Manager to lead the ISS Division’s end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process. The role owns the monthly SIOP cycle, demand planning and forecasting, supply and capacity modeling, inventory and working-capital optimization, executive SIOP reviews, planning dashboards, and continuous improvement of planning governance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in demand planning, S&OP/SIOP, or supply chain planning within manufacturing, with preferred experience in SAP, IBP, APO, senior leadership presentations, and complex manufacturing environments. The expected salary is $100,000 to $140,000 per year, with profit-sharing, 401K matching, and possible relocation support.
