Description
The SIOP Supply Planner will develop and maintain supply plans for the Thermal Management business, translating demand into production and material requirements, managing inventory and safety stock, identifying capacity and material constraints, and leading supply reviews. The role partners with manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, finance, and operations; participates in monthly SIOP cycles; supports new product introductions; and tracks supply and inventory performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of supply planning or SIOP/IBP experience, ERP and planning-system experience, and proficiency with data analysis tools. The position is primarily office-based with up to 25% time travel, site visits, PPE requirements, and occasional standing or walking.
