Description
MatX is hiring a Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and Characterization (SIPI) Engineer to characterize high-speed SerDes interfaces and power delivery networks across AI accelerator compute systems. The role includes BER testing, eye-diagram and PVT analysis, channel measurements, PDN impedance characterization, test automation, and collaboration with SIPI, board, and package design teams. Candidates should have 5–10 years of hardware characterization or SI/PI experience, an electrical engineering degree or higher, and strong knowledge of SerDes, transmission lines, and power delivery; Python test automation is preferred. The position offers a US base salary of $160,000–$600,000 plus equity, depending on career stage, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
