PLA is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely operate a sit-down forklift in a warehouse, loading and unloading trailers, moving pallets, organizing inventory, completing equipment inspections, documenting loads, and maintaining safe working conditions. The role offers day-shift pay of $16.00 per hour and night-shift pay of $18.00 per hour, with guaranteed hourly increases, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits. Applicants should have at least six months of forklift operating experience, forklift certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
