Description
The Site Agent will oversee engineering and construction projects, managing direct labour and subcontractors, technical and setting-out issues, health and safety, temporary works, inspections, testing, stakeholder engagement, and commercial performance. The role requires experience supervising engineering teams and subcontractors, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of construction standards, a civil engineering degree or equivalent, CSCS/CSR card and First Aid at Work, and a full driving licence with willingness to travel.
