Description
The Site Assistant (Days) supports the Site Manager and Site Coordinators at a Micro-Community in Denver by assisting with community member support, site operations, cleanliness and safety, programming, conflict resolution, crisis response, compliance, reporting, and resource navigation. The role works on-site 30–40 hours per week in 10-hour shifts from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with additional time for meetings and community interactions. Compensation is $22.06 per hour, with employer-paid health, dental, and vision premiums, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a $40 cell phone stipend. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while homeless shelter operations experience, housing experience, computer and telephone experience, reliable transportation, and CVC application access are preferred or required.
