The Site Assistant supports the administration and operation of a school-age child care program across multiple YMCA sites in Monroe County. Responsibilities include leading activities with children, preparing materials and snacks, maintaining a safe environment, supporting records and reports, following emergency procedures, recruiting participants, and attending required training.
