Clear Construction is hiring a Site Assistant to support active residential construction projects, primarily in Pacific Palisades. The role combines general construction labor, site setup and cleanup, material staging and deliveries, tool and equipment handling, debris removal, and coordination with Superintendents, Project Managers, specialty crews, and subcontractors. The position requires a valid California driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 80 pounds.
