Description
The Site Assistant (Nights) supports MicroCommunity operations and programming in Denver by assisting the Site Coordinator and Site Manager with community member support, site upkeep, compliance, cleaning, safety, conflict resolution, crisis response, event coordination, and reporting. The role works 30–40 hours per week in 10-hour shifts from 9:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with additional time for meetings and community outreach. Compensation is $22.06 per hour plus benefits, paid leave, a cell phone stipend, and a shift differential.
