Description
EXP is hiring a Site Civil Intern to support the Site Civil team on development projects involving water, sewer, grading, drainage, site planning, and environmental protection. The intern will work under the supervision of junior and senior engineers, using CAD to prepare drawings and details, perform calculations, prepare specifications and reports, conduct due diligence searches and permit applications, and perform material quantity take-offs. A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or Environmental Engineering is required, along with CAD and Microsoft Office experience, communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability. The role pays $21 to $25 per hour, with benefits available to full-time employees.
