Description
The Site Construction Manager will oversee complex turnkey construction projects in the care real estate sector from execution planning through handover and acceptance. Responsibilities include coordinating project development, planning, and construction; communicating project goals with stakeholders; monitoring progress; organizing tenant and buyer handovers; conducting authority and quality inspections; and reporting to production and executive management. The role requires a civil engineering degree and at least five years of project management or project controlling experience, along with strong communication, responsibility, accuracy, reliability, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. The position is based in Erfurt, Germany, with approximately 20% travel.
