Description
The Site Construction Manager will oversee the technical and commercial execution of direct-buried pipeline construction projects in Leipzig. Responsibilities include coordinating job preparation, personnel and equipment scheduling, construction monitoring, deployment planning, staff and subcontractor leadership, occupational health and safety compliance, quality, cost, and deadline management, and coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. The role also involves performance measurement, quantity take-offs, invoicing, and documentation. Candidates should have a relevant civil, mechanical, business, process, or pipeline/civil engineering qualification; experience in direct-buried pipeline construction is desirable, along with digital construction, BIM, and RIB iTWO skills, willingness to travel, a Class B driver’s license, and fluent German.
