Description
The Clinical Contract Paralegal will initiate and follow up on study confidentiality and clinical trial agreements, administer and negotiate contract language, facilitate completion and execution, maintain tracking and archive files, update study-startup systems, and advise on significant contract terms. The role requires a paralegal certification or associate’s degree, at least two years of professional administrative or business experience, and preferably pharmaceutical or clinical research organization experience and medical or pharmaceutical terminology knowledge.
