Description
The Site Controller will manage a small accounting group for a Maquiladora with factories in the United States and Mexico. The role oversees financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory, working capital, internal controls, ERP processes, tax and audit activities, and the supervision and mentoring of accounting and related staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or an equivalent combination, at least 10 years of financial or cost accounting experience, ERP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and bilingual English-Spanish ability.
