Description
The Site Controller will serve as a finance business partner to plant leadership at manufacturing sites in Herzogenburg, Tulln, Austria, and Dobroszyce, Poland. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial performance management, product costing, cost analysis, cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance, while supporting business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of finance or controlling experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and fluent English; German communication is beneficial. The position offers a gross annual base salary of 60,000–64,000 EUR in Austria and 150,000–190,000 PLN in Poland, along with benefits including an optional Klimaticket, supported canteen, and accident insurance.
