Micro-Tronics, Inc. is hiring a full-time Site Controller in Tempe, Arizona to serve as the financial leader for its business unit. The role oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, cost analysis, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and public-company reporting while partnering with operations, supply chain, human resources, quality, and sales teams. The controller will also lead and develop finance team members and provide financial analysis to support profitable growth. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting or finance experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
