The role oversees financial reporting, budgets, internal controls, audits, compliance, financial systems, and subordinate staff, while supporting safety and quality programs. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and at least eight years of related experience are required; manufacturing plant experience, team leadership, and public accounting experience are preferred. The position offers a salary of $115,500 to $207,900 plus benefits and a short-term performance incentive.
