Description
The Site Coordinator is a school-based professional who implements the Communities In Schools evidence-based model by assessing school needs, coordinating student supports, managing at-risk students, engaging families and community partners, tracking outcomes, and reporting results. The role is full-time and exempt, reports to the Director of Programs, and offers a $45,000–$50,000 starting salary range based on experience and education. A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience are required; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
