CosaCon GmbH is hiring an experienced Site Coordinator to independently plan, organize, and monitor site processes for complex biogas plant projects. The role coordinates installation teams and external service providers, manages customer and supplier communication, oversees construction documentation, quality, safety, schedules, costs, and performance, supports commissioning and plant ramp-up, and drives customer satisfaction. Candidates need technical training, several years of site-supervision or foreman experience, drawing-handling ability, German and English skills, MS Office proficiency, and a Class B driver’s license; biogas or plant-construction experience is a plus. The position offers an annual salary of €70,000–€80,000 and includes a workshop, service van, spare parts access, and development opportunities.
