Highbar Physical Therapy is hiring a Site Coordinator to support outpatient physical therapy clinics across New England. The role trains and onboards administrative staff and exercise specialists, coordinates scheduling, oversees clinic operations and service excellence, monitors performance metrics, manages authorizations and patient accounts, handles insurance information, collects co-payments, documents visits, and completes reporting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two to three years of related experience or training, and an associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits included.
