The role trains administrative staff and exercise specialists, coordinates scheduling, oversees clinic operations and service excellence, monitors performance metrics, manages authorizations and patient accounts, handles insurance and payment information, and completes reporting. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two to three years of related experience or training, and an associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits included.
