Description
Reporting to the Installation Manager, the role organizes and oversees installation projects at customers’ homes from quote through completion. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating installation partners, managing after-sales service and disputes, and ensuring health and safety compliance on sites. The position requires strong technical product expertise and first successful experience in second-fix fit-out project coordination, along with commercial, customer-service, teamwork, and thoroughness skills.
