Description
The Site Coordinator serves as the on-site lead for Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica programming at one of seven elementary school sites in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District. The role leads youth engagement and enrollment, collaborates with school leadership and parents, supervises 2–3 Youth Development Professionals, oversees outdoor after-school programming, manages supplies and safety protocols, and supports community outreach. Candidates need youth-development and after-school-programming experience, at least two years of progressively responsible experience, at least one year of supervision or management experience, relevant education or CBEST certification, and a valid driver’s license. The position pays $25.00 per hour.
