Description
The Site Coordinator (Days) supports Micro-Community operations and programming in Denver, working with the Site Manager, MC Manager, and MC Assistants. The role handles community member intake, HMIS data entry, site safety and cleanliness, participant accountability, conflict resolution, crisis response, resource navigation, community dinners, and reporting. It is scheduled for 40 hours per week on site in 10-hour shifts or 30 hours per week in 10-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional meetings and partner coordination. Compensation is $24.51 per hour with employer-paid health, dental, and vision premiums, 401k matching, paid vacation, holiday pay, and a $40 cell phone stipend.
