Spektrum is hiring a Technical Implementation Manager to support the NATO Communications and Information Agency’s primary supplier in planning, coordinating, and delivering equipment across approximately 70 NATO sites. The role manages technical rollout sequencing, logistics, deployment readiness, risk and issue tracking, acceptance testing, stakeholder coordination, supplier oversight, and reporting. It requires at least three years of relevant NCIA or NATO CIS project experience, knowledge of enterprise Windows services and secure supply-chain processes, and a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. The position is onsite with frequent international travel and may involve classified facilities.
