The Site Development Project Manager plans, directs, and oversees civil and site development projects from pre-construction through close-out. The role coordinates engineering, permitting, procurement, subcontractors, field operations, schedules, budgets, quality control, safety, and client communication. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, construction project management experience, knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles, familiarity with quality and safety standards, MS Office skills, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
