New York Junior Tennis & Learning is hiring a full-time Program Director to lead DYCD-funded after-school programs across Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Manhattan. The role oversees program operations, compliance, quality, staff supervision, school and community partnerships, family engagement, data and budget management, and safety and crisis response. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of youth development or after-school experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or management role. The salary range is $68,000–$70,000.
